Is the licence included?
No. cPanel needs a licence for your server's IP before WHM can be used. Buy one from cPanel or a cPanel partner and activate it in WHM, or ask our team to arrange it.
How long does it take?

Open WHM on port 2087 of your server's IP with root and your server password.
