Where is my data kept?
On our own servers in Nairobi, Kenya, with the off-site backup copy also under our control. We can give you a letter confirming where your data is kept for your compliance file.
What does the uptime guarantee cover?
If your server is unavailable for more than 0.1% of a month because of us, you get a credit on your next invoice.
Can we pay monthly on invoice?
Yes. Business customers can sign a contract and pay a monthly invoice by bank transfer or M-Pesa.
What is a dedicated firewall?
Your own virtual firewall on our FortiGate, with its own rules, VPN and network, kept apart from every other customer. It costs KES 35,000 per month and our team sets it up with you.
Can you move our systems for us?
Yes. Our team can plan and carry out the move from your current servers or another cloud.
